Mr. Taidin, the Founder and Managing Principal Consultant of USAHAWAN GROUP Management Consultants (UGMC), an HRD Training & Development firm established in 1993, is a graduate of Management Sciences (Marketing) from Lancaster University, England, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Public Administration from UiTM (MARA University of Technology), Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Before founding UGMC, Mr. Taidin dedicated 12 years, from 1981 to 1993, to his role at Yayasan Sabah (Sabah Foundation), a prominent statutory body in Malaysia renowned for its contributions to educational development and student affairs management.
Fluent in Malay and English, he is a former radio and TV newscaster with RTM Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and is a Certified HRD Corp Trainer (Certificate No. EMP/1079).
His mission is to contribute to his audience's personal development and professional success by providing information and tools in an enjoyable, inspirational, and supportive environment.
